My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the box definitely wasn’t in the best shape. One side had loose tape and it looked a little roughed up. Thankfully, everything inside was fine, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Still, I usually expect packaging to be more secure when something is being shipped, so I do think there’s room for improvement.

I’ll give Northern Safety credit—the billing rep I dealt with was friendly and did get my account issue fixed in the end. That said, it took a couple of emails back and forth and a few days longer than I was hoping for, which was a little frustrating. I also wish the account page was easier to understand so I didn’t have to reach out in the first place. Still, everything got sorted out, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I’d like

The reply was helpful, straightforward, and didn’t turn into some long back-and-forth. I got the info I needed and everything was sorted without any hassle. it was just nice dealing with a company that actually responds

I ordered the wrong size gloves and figured returning them would be simple, but I don’t know why it turned into such a headache. The refund took way too long, and support kept sending me in circles instead of actually helping. i don’t think I’ll order from them again.
